Returns and incidents
If the item you receive does not correspond to what was purchased is damaged or you cancel your purchase for any reason, the client have 15 days to ask for the return.
In case that the reason for the return is that you have received an item different from the one ordered or in bad condition, Llibres Text will be responsible for collection and subsequent exchange or the refund payment of the total amount of the invoice. In order to manage it, you will need to inform about it to: incidencia@llibrestext.com.
If the reason for the return request is due to a change in the customer's opinion, you must send the package to our offices, subject to a request for return to: consultes@llibrestext.com.
In this case the customer will choose the system by which he/she wishes to return his/her purchase and the return costs will be borne by the customer.
