Llibres Text takes on all the functions of a manager in order to ensure a comprehensive service, identifying each of them in order to achieve total transparency with the centre. In this way, we give the centre autonomy and maintain good control over the development of the management with all the necessary tools, taking over all the processes and relieving the centre of all the work and control that this entails.

• We have our own management programme where we manage all the processes in an agile way, and where all the records are exhaustively registered in the system in order to carry out the relevant control. Our system can be exclusively adapted to the needs of each customer, where we can program all possible variants. In other words, processes can be completely customised.
• Llibres Text and the centre identify the goals agreed to meet the latter’s needs; and with our services, we offer the centre a reduction in administrative responsibilities adapted to its structures and resources.
• Llibres Text offers the resources and tools necessary for the management of bookings and orders, we take care of the sales processes and all the management that this entails. We provide the centre control and autonomy at all times, and we handle the total management of payments and invoicing.
• We offer total transparency to the customer; the centre has access to all management information at all times and can be updated on all processes in real time.
• We carry out thorough stock checks, identify all outstanding items and follow them up; these are delivered to the centre with a list per student and course.
• At Llibres Text we control the return of overstock by centre and publisher and we check subscriptions. We also take care of the management of settlements at the end of the campaign.
